Meet Pam
Hi, I'm Pam!
I'm a mother of 2 gorgeous girls and an expat wife to my hard-working husband. I have a background in life sciences, but after many years working in clinic and for the world's leading healthcare company, I decided to become a stay at home mum with my precious babies.

Going where my husband's work takes us has meant moving from Australia, to Singapore, to Belgium in 4 short years. Whilst so much change with what was 2 under 2 has definitely been a challenge, having the tools to enable solid sleep along the way has given us stability, and a happy, well-rested family.

My journey to become a sleep consultant began when I was gifted a voucher to take my first born for a sleep consultation. Even though I'd read all the books & blogs, I was confused with conflicting advice & constantly second guessed what I was doing with this little baby who would scream for hours at bedtime. I thought my exhaustion as a new mum was normal, as expected and as warned. I had nothing to lose, so off I went for a sleep consultation. I then experienced first-hand the life-changing benefits of sleep coaching.
The consultation gave me the tools to feel, see and know what my baby needed to achieve solid sleep. My daughter was well-rested, content and happier within a few days and so was I!

I wanted to help others and soon started my study into the wonder of sleep science. I needed to know the 'why' behind all the conflicting advice around baby sleep...

My passion is mental and physical health. Getting enough sleep is the most important pillar of well-being and arguably more important than diet and exercise. With a husband that travels frequently for work, I often find myself solo parenting. Being able to ensure my family is well rested has helped me to have the patience and self-regulation needed to be the connected parent I want to be.

My qualifications, and science background, has enabled me to dig deeper into the science of sleep. Understanding our own and our childrens' temperament, along with the hormones that impact sleep, allows us to adapt our approach to sleep and parenting in general.

I have a social butterfly and a slow to warm up baby. They could not be more different! But understanding the why behind their reactions to their surroundings has been an essential learning in my parenting and sleep journey.

I have since qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Insomnia, so I am able to also support teenagers and adults in reframing negative sleep thoughts and implement sleep strategies to overcome sleepless nights. All our support is backed by research, and carefully designed to work with you & your child's individual sleep need and temperament.
