Research shows the most important factor in a Childs wellbeing is the resilience, and co-regulation of their care giver. This comes from focusing on our own wellbeing. The having kids part is not compulsory, self-care and sleep are important for everyone! It doesn't matter which 10 you tick and hopefully you tick more each day.
