What's included:

Get all the answers you need to cut through conflicting sleep advice by having your individual questions answered in this 1 hour judgement-free evaluation. I will help you gain insight into why you or your child might be struggling with sleep. We will discuss temperament, sleep environment, daily routine & cognitive factors that impact sleep. I will provide you with personalised advice, including age appropriate exercise & diet support, along with gentle sleep coaching adaptations to address the current sleep concerns. I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Insomnia (CBT-I), so if yourself or your older children have poor sleep habits, are feeling stressed, anxious or having intrusive thoughts that are impacting sleep; I can support your family to make adjustments and reframe any negative sleep thoughts during this confidential discussion. If you prefer to talk openly on text we can have this discussion on WhatsApp or voice notes. I will email through a summary of the consultation and discussed suggestions following the call. This service is suitable for all ages; newborns, toddlers, preschoolers, pre-teens, teenagers & adults. The call can be a one-off, become part of a CBT for insomnia multiple session plan or following one of our downloaded eBooks for extra support.
